This is something I threw together really fast, but I had this idea in my head, and I just wanted an excuse to draw kagura XD
In my opinion, Kagura and Kikyou are the most tragic characters in the whole series of Inuyasha, and I wanted to pay tribute to them somehow. I think they were both misunderstood and under appreciated, and I think it's something that most people can relate too. Out of all the Inuyasha characters, I really feel like these two are the most "human" as in the most easily relate able characters, who feel "real" emotions and aren't idealized. They're lives were bad, and they died bad deaths, and they didn't have a "fairy-tale" ending. ALthough, when both of them died, it was bittersweet, and I really love that. They both died with the ones they loved, and died with a smile on their faces.

What a beautiful description,it is perfect!You are absolutely right,they're the most tragic yet most realistic,having the whole palete of emotions and not only the bright ones.And in their whole live,wich was too short,each of them loved only one men
